OneCanopy aims to be a premier partner across the entire conservation and reforestation pipeline, beginning with the establishment of the OneCanopy seedling plant nursery. We are equipped to grow more than a million seedlings for reforestation efforts annually within our 34,000-square-foot greenhouse and surrounding property.

Roots: With a background in ecological restoration and a deep-rooted passion for native ecosystems, Cam brings a strong foundation in greenhouse operations, integrated pest management, and field ecology. From leading propagation efforts to collecting vegetation data, she’s cultivated expertise in every stage of a plant’s journey—from seed to soil.
Director of Operations & Business Development
Roots: Katelynn is a systems-driven forester with over a decade of experience in conservation, land management, and ecosystem health across the Rocky Mountains. With degrees in Forest Management and Corporate Sustainability, she’s grown both forests and future-focused strategies. Her accolades include the Young Forester Leadership Award by the Colorado/Wyoming Chapter of the Society of American Foresters (SAF) and among Colorado’s 40 Under Forty through the Fort Collins Chamber of Commerce. Both awards recognize emerging professionals under the age of 40 that demonstrate outstanding leadership and meaningful contributions to their profession and community.
Nursery Technician
Roots: Tyler is a logistics pro with deep expertise in hazardous material handling, team leadership, and inventory control. Tyler blends operational excellence with a growing passion for natural resources. With years of experience coordinating complex shipping workflows and a foundation in environmental studies, he brings precision and problem-solving to every part of the process.
Nursery Technician
Roots: With a degree in Horticulture and a background that spans greenhouse management, municipal forestry, and organic gardening, Abigail brings both scientific rigor and heartfelt passion to plant care. From managing IPM protocols to planting and pruning, she’s skilled at nurturing healthy plants and landscapes.

Roots: Josh is a seasoned nursery professional with deep experience in both private and governmental nursery operations. Josh is skilled in production planning, and staff development, with a strong focus on logistics, efficiency, and safety. He’s the kind of leader who ensures every seedling has a plan—and every plan has a purpose.

Roots: With a vision for scalable impact and a lifelong commitment to community building, Kevin brings a unique perspective to reforestation through the lens of entrepreneurship. As founder and CEO of OneCanopy, he launched the company in 2022 to bridge critical gaps in the reforestation pipeline—leveraging his experience growing Brinkman Real Estate into one of the Intermountain West’s top real estate investment firms. From capital strategy to conservation, Kevin’s leadership reflects a belief that private business can—and should—be a driving force for positive change and community impact.
